I've disabled the captcha plugin for the forums and disabled spam registration, but every time a member wants to post on the forums they have to do a smart captcha(i.e. Drag and drop the note into the box). I'm at my wits end here on what is causing this. Could it be a wordpress plugin? The only spam-like plugin I have is askminet which to my knowledge doesn't add this captcha.

Are you sure you disable the sp plugin for captcha? That is the only way we add a drag and drop captcha. Please verify on forum - plugins - plugins list.

Any caching plugins for wp in play?
