I know what "Pin this Topic" do, the topic will stay at the top and there is pin icon that show this.

 

But what does Pin this post do?  I thought that when reading a topic, if you pin the first post, it will show up at the top of every pages but it's not.

Nevermind, I figured out that it will move a post to the top of the first page.
