I am sorry to hear you seem to be having problems but I am unsure why. IO have just checked and other users appear to be downloading without any issues arising. I have myself just performed a purchase and downloaded the item without hitch.

As a platinum member you simply select what you want, checkout - I use the basket link on the sidebar myself - and then at the purchase screen click on 'purchase' and at the account screen use the download links for each item purchased (which are discounted 100% in your case).

I am unsure where we would ever show a message of 'save cart' - especially as we do not use the term 'cart' but use 'basket'.

Please do try this operation again and if you continue to have problems list the exact steps you are taking so we can see what may be wrong.
