Newbie here  I created user groups (guest, member, moderator, presenter, and default admin.) and attached FMP Forum to each. When I view the Simple Press Forum on my wordpress site, it separates the forum by user groups

How do you define "forum?"    does each user group have its own forum?

or...Do I merge guest, moderator, member and administrator?

"presenter" can have their own forum or also merge

I'm confused and hope you can help unconfuse confusedme

Forums and user groups are two, completely separate and independent items that only come together for defining access permissions for your users.

Might I suggest that in the first instance you take a quick read through the Getting Started section of our codex which might clear up a few things for you?
