Hi There, I am trying to install some of the plugins to a clients website and I keep getting an error message. I tried several times and tried 3 different plugins with the same result. I have attached a copy of the error message. Thanks, Sandra

Attachment?

Let';s start with the obvious. Are you locating the SP plugins in the right place? These are not WordPress plugins and, by default, go in the folder /wp-content/sp-resources/forum-plugins - as shown at the top of the SP Plugins admin page.

Also - you must not rename them from the folder name exposed when they are unzipped.

And finally - also check that they do not have as number on the end. Uf you use the WordPress uploader it can sometime fail to remove old items and you end up with a folder with the correct plugin name but with a '-1' appended to it. These need to be removed if these are the problem.

And if none of the above - what is the text of the error message?
