Hi,

We recently sent a PM to all members to let them know about upcoming site maintenance and we received many emails saying the same thing. Basically, members can see they have a new message because there is a '1' in red in the 'Inbox' button but when they click they get a message which says 'The requested topic does not exist' and there is no way to access the PM system so no way to send and receive PMs. I also have the same issue although I was previously using the system just fine. I have checked PM Options and also the permissions for my various User Groups and it all seems to be fine. Can you help? Thanks. Audrey

So does this mean you sent this PM before it went wrong? And did it go wrong following an update of the plugin? And - if you look in your forum-plugins storage folder does the name of the private-messaging plugin have a number on the end which should not be there?
