Hey,

I downloaded .po file  to complete a translation of a plugin and I want to know how I can convert it to .mo file please?

I am not too familiar with translations, but I'm pretty sure you could use something like http://poedit.net/

yes, poedit takex a .po file to .mo...

were our translations incomplete?  if so, if you made the changes on the translations site, other users could benefit from your efforts...
