Support Forum
Anything can be 'strange' if there is a conflict of some sort. It's that new and updated stuff that is exactly what needs to be checked. You just need to deactivate them briefly to try things. Empty browser caches before each try.
There are a couple of other things I notice about your site that I am pretty sure I have not seen before. The first is that you are now using something that loads the 'bootstrap' library. This normally only has a minor inconvenience and we have developed code in there that tries to deal with it but... it is not a WP supported library and does conflict with the jQuery UI library - which IS supported. And the popup dialog we use is a part of the UI library. So - again - I have no idea of this might be responsible bit it is worth deactivating the component that is loading it. And that, I believe, is this 'js-ticket' plugin.
Which nicely brings me to the other thing as I do not believe that support ticket plugin is something I have seen before on your site. So I would start with this.

Andy, the problem is related to the theme!
I activated Twenty Twelve and everything was working just fine.
I just noticed, on the themes page (in admin) at the top, there is an error/message coming up:
Error : Please fix your theme to make plugins work correctly: Go to the Theme Editor and insert <;?php wp_head();> just before the line of your theme's header.php file.
I did, but it still doesn't work....
I need to contact those guys.
Thank you very much for your help!
Andy, you can download the theme here: http://presscustomizr.com/customizr/
I am using the Pro version, which is linked to a URL (mine), therefore you wouldn't be able to use it.
But the free version should be very very similar, I hope...
In the meantime, the boys who designed the theme asked me a copy of Simple Press, to make some tests as well
