I'm still checking why you can't login (?)
. But while double checking that your username was appearing in SP, I did find this. When logged in as admin to search a member, then in those results choosing to edit member profile: Please see attached. The same result is for clicking all of the buttons in the row.
Not sure if this is related to the problem, or template related. Feel free to move this to another topic if needed.
On the email front I can say that I can not try it as you do not appear to have sent the PM to me. So maybe you did not sent it to Mr Papa either...
On the profile form image then please go to the forum admin > toolbox > housekeeping panel and run the task to reset the profile tabs and menus. See if that restores them. They can get disconnected if the path to the components gets changed which might happen if the domain is changed or data is copied from one domain to another. I do not know if this has happened of course.
As to the final image of profile data for 'Ike' then I am not sure whay you have included that I am afraid...

Hello YS,
Good Morning! I PM'd logins to Ike and (mistakenly to) Mr. Papa
Regarding the screenshots, when I click on the Profile button, I get a stylesheet-free page (similar to the above profile.jpg) and actually it had a button /link to run the task as you mentioned above. I did this. Plus when I click on any of those tabs, the above page is what you'll see, ie: profile.jpg. So it looks like those messages should be contained in the forum template, but they show a stylesheet-free, empty page with the text as you see up in the left corner, and each tab is presented like this. I did not crop that image, it's what's on the entire browser view.
I'll be happy to provide you full admin rights so you can take a look. My initial problem also occurs as full admin as well so you can test that. I am wondering if there are theme issues like stylesheets not loading, that the problem could be related to the reply, add topic, etc. buttons not working.
SP Theme updates alerts appeared today, so I just did that. For the heck of it, I re-tested with Reboot and Reboot child and still same problem...
Shall I create an admin account for you?
Thank you,
Meredith
All of these symptoms are the result of some sort of JavaScript conflict.
This FAQ explains one of the most common causes of script conflicts: https://simple-press.com/docum.....-conflict/
You can look for such errors using the web browser console. If you do not know how to do this then this FAQ gives guidance: https://simple-press.com/docum.....r-console/
If you feel you can not locate these conflicts yourself then - you can send me account details but please do refer to the post I made earlier on this thread about who to send them to and what to include in the PM.
