When signing in there is a warning message for my user that their topic is waiting moderation, but when clicking into it it says Topic doesn't exist.
How can I clear up this message? Where is it that I can see if a topic is awaiting moderation and take action?

that means that the user created a post and its awaiting moderation... its awaiting moderation by an admin or moderator...
so as admin, how do you moderate posts? two most common are admin bar plugin and the forum tools...
when you say 'click into', is that the user or the admin? as admin, can you visit that topic? and see a post by that user in moderation?

That user is a moderator for all forums
When I say click into it is as that user that message is clickable, and he is a moderator.
As an admin I don't see that post anywhere, I have the admin bar plugin but I dont' see anything anywhere that is awaiting moderation.

so was there at one time? did an admin or moderator remove that post? asking because wondering if our cleanup on those at delete did not work...

after asking him what happened it seems the post went into moderation (before I changed setting to not put all posts in moderation) and while it was waiting to be moderated, he moved the post into a different forum and it went out of moderation and posted, but that message never went away.

yup. understood with the last post. ticket open - we need to research what is going on. perhaps the user moderation notice did not properly get cleaned up when the moderator moved it to a new topic...

One of our moderators (who is an Admin) is experiencing an issue like the Original Poster. A post was under moderation and the topic was deleted, yet he is still getting the notificaiton at the top of the page requesting approval. The link to the post points to nowhere, since the post was deleted. Did you guys figure out the resolution of this issue?
