Post toolset out of position

I'm having a problem with the post toolset. When I hover over a post, the toolset is a bit more to the left, and until I get to the button, it gets closed and I can't reach it so quick to click on it. Here's a screenshot:

same question to you... your own theme or one of ours? and are they both upated?

Edited version of the css-only theme, in it's separate folder. Yeah I think this happened after the latest update, so that must be the problem. How can I fix it without affecting the theme changes I've made?
