* I thought I already posted this topic, but now can't locate it. Sorry if this is a duplicate.

Is it possible to prevent posting of url's in profiles and posts? These are often spammy.
Perhaps turn 'on' the ability after posting 'x' posts?

Yes you did and I also answered.

No to profiles but as to posts you can set the number of links (options > content) and you can prevent links completely in the permissions. There is no option to allow links after so many posts however..
