hello I have a problem to access the profile.

sorry, in this case, link doesnt help much since guests cannot get to profile... but thanks!
please try going to forum - toolbox - housekeeping and clicking on the reset profile tabs and menus button and see if that gets you going...

I have the same problem.
And it can not be solved the way you mentioned.
Is there any other way?

Then it probably is a script conflict that is stopping the AJAX from working. If that is the case I would suspect there may be other things not working correctly as well.
A link to your forum page might help me see if this is the case.

I have the same problem.
Indeed, some other relatively well things are not working properly, but let's stick to the problem of the profile yet.

you tried the fix in post #2??? and what happens on the profile??
if not, suggest reading this: http://codex.simple-press.com/.....-conflict/
as its likely a js conflict... I dont see an obvious one, but cannot access the profile either...
you do have some issues on your site... for example the wordpress stats stuff is appearing outside the page body and html tags... thats wrong.. but it also appears your wp theme might be missing the required wp_footer() call in the footer...

Thank you Mr Papa. I managed to fix it. It worked with the information you gave me. I tried to achieve. In addition to these issues that you reported, there was a plugin (Thickbox) that was in conflict with the forum. 🙂

Good news and thanks fore the update. There are certainly 'thickbox' based plugins out there that do work so you might be able to find a decent alternative to whatever one you are having issues with,

Hi Guys,
I'm having the same issue, I tried to the reset profile tabs it didn't work I also disabled all the plugin to see which is causing it with no success.

Yiu also have the double jQuery loading issue (http://codex.simple-press.com/.....-conflict/) where your theme is loading a second version of jQuery - also an old version - without going through or using the WP API...
It also seems to be loading two copies of the carousel jquery plugin which is rather pointless.
