Mr Papa,
The "Post Reply" button is still missing for non-admin users. Any ideas?
Also, any chance you can change the Time Zone to PST - Los Angeles, CA Time?
Finally, what signifier should I use to tell W3 Total Cache not to cache my forum if my forum is my home page? I currently use: /forum/ but since it is my home page, my URL is always just the domain name w/o, /forum/, attached to it. Thoughts?
Thank you much for the help thus far. Greatly appreciated sir.
no, its not - or at least the account you created for us is not an admin account... or was not an admin when I created those posts...
I also looked at a handful of users and their permissions (by editing their sp profile) and they all have permissions to reply to topics... you are on the topic view when you want to reply right? the list of posts...
so what user do you think cannot post?

Hi Mr Papa,
It works! Thanks! There must have been a lead time before one can post after being added as a member b/c I just tried it a few minutes ago and the Post Reply button was still missing. Looks good here.
Can you help me with a few other changes? Is there an easy way to change the TimeZone from Arizona to Los Angeles?
Also, W3 Total Cache made all the difference in terms of page speed load times for my site. Things were running so much faster. Now that W3 is deactivate, the site is back to snail speed. I would love to re-activate W3 again but ensure that it doesn't cache my forum. How exactly do I do this?
Thank you again. Your service is always top-notch.
np. glad to help...
if your page is that slow with not a lot going on (I didnt see many visitors), better hosting might be in store... not sure how w3tc would help without a lot of activity...
we have lots of folks using w3tc with the forum... just be sure it doesnt cache the forum pages for all caching types... dont minify the forum js (its delivered minified), be wary of cdn since if its coming for its local cache might be problematic.. speaking of which, you had lots of cdn errors and warnings from w3tc... are you really paying for a cdn? i would spend the $s for better hosting first... if not using a cdn, turn that off in w3tc...

Hi Mr Papa,
I reactivated W3TC and am configuring it not to cache the forum. I have also disabled anything I will not use for the time being (CDN, etc.). This seems to have helped out a bit. If more issues occur, it can only be the result of W3TC as all of my other plugins are used in conjunction with the forum and have never caused any issues (to my knowledge). Thank you for your help.
On another note, I noticed that this forum (the SP Support Forum) has great animated smileys. Can I get those for my forum?
Thanks again.
