Problem with interface (replying to topics, adding topics, etc)

Hi!

Thanks for helping out! Please see attached image.

When I click on add reply in whatever topic I just get that. The text editor doesnt appear.

Same bug happens when I click on Add Topic.

I tried for myself to find a solution since yesterday but no success.

Ideas please?
