I click on "add topic" button to create a new topic but nothig happens.
at the bottom “javascript:void(null)

look at the console in any browser... you are getting 403 errors for all our js... more than like a permissions or uid/gid issue on the sp-resources directory... need to resolve that...

check forum - integration - storage locations for other potential permissions issues...
