nothing obvious jumps out at me there... I dont see any errors either...
which means you need to try to capture any errors when you click on the item... please try it with the browser console open and see if you can see any http responses and what they might be...

I reviewed the source code and all java scripts/jquery calls are within my domain. The only outside call I'm seeing is for google fonts.
I can move the posts, but not the Topic... so the tool partially works, but for some reason limited. Is there a setting I'm overlooking. I have admin permission.
Here's the link again: http://www.elsaelsa.com/forum/
Thank YOU!
Your WP theme IS loading a script called jquery.custom and I have no idea, of course what might be in there.
Let's shelve that for a moment and look at specifics. You browser will have - somewhere in the tools - a script console. If you can find it can you:
- Open it.
- Clear out the current content.
- Load a forum page with the tools you want to open.
- Check if any errors reported in the console
- Open the toolset and click on one that fails.
- Check the console again,. if any errors copy and paste them to this thread.

OK... These are the errors I got in the console when I loaded the page:
GET http://www.elsaelsa.com/wp-inc......2.min.map 404 (Not Found) http://www.elsaelsa.com/forum/.....eneral/:74
Blocked a frame with origin "http://www.youtube.com" from accessing a frame with origin "http://www.elsaelsa.com". Protocols, domains, and ports must match. www-embed-player-vflq9Xn49.js:219
And this is the error I received when I attempted to move the topic with the toolset:
Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: New England ElsaElsa Meetup!
Note: This is a topic that was originally created on our old board (bbPress). We've had it professionally converted, but maybe something went awry, and is causing a syntex error ?? Just guessing/thinking out loud. I wonder if newer Topics wouldn't have this issue.
I wouldnt worry about the first one, min.map... wp left something in 3.6 and its removed for next version causing that...
the iframe one will be down to your embedded player plugin but not sure its related...
cant tell anything from the small fragment on the last one...
other js/jquery, ie popups are working on your site, so thats good...
What browser is this in?
can you try a temp switch to the default wp theme and see if it starts working?
Elsa, were all those errors only present AFTER you hovered over a topic to get the forum tools? or were they there from the page load?
