after using "Housekeeping" > "reset profile tab", all the tab are gone...
So what ? (:

a little more info please... assume you mean reset profile tabs and menus button on housekeeping... why were you clicking on it? and what is the issue now? when you visit the profile on front end, that is...

I'm click on it because the form on the front doesn't display.
A message said to go on housekeeping and reset the tab. So, i do it.
And now, when i'm visit the profil page on the front, there is simply nothing.

what is version of sp? were your profile tabs translated?
can you go to your db and find the sfmeta table... look for the entry with meta type of profile and meta key of tabs... and replace the contents of it with this:

BE SURE to get raw copy of the data above so you get the proper quotes... dont worry about the valus until after you reset it...

You might try the forum - toolbox - housekeeping admin form and reset the profile tabs and menus and see if that helps
For information, my server using a debian squeeze with ispconfig 3.
And, as i understand, there is several problem with open_basedir.
EDIT : Hum, no... not working. After going on housekeeping and reset the tab, everything gone away.

so simple press is having trouble opening the profile form... but oddly its trying to open the account settings form... do you have the force password change option set on forum - profile - profile options??
shouldnt matter, but would be interested if all forms fail or just this one...
argh, we recently changed the error message to not include the path (security by obfuscation)... wish we hadnt done that since it would be useful info here...
what is ipsconfig3???

sorry, not sure after your edits where this is... after inserting my meta value, and clicking on the profile tab reset ONCE, what was the status? or did you hit it more than once?
why do you think you have an open_basedir problem? are you running php in safe mode (hope not)?

SO, i follow this step :
Copy your data in my database
Reset via housekeeping
Result : profil as gone... Like my first screenshot.
Ispconfig : Admin panel like Plesk or CPanel.
Why do i think the problem came from open_basedir ? Cause, at first, i had an error message specify this. I found a soluce for fixe this on ispconfig. But now, the profile form as gone.
I upgraded ispconfig to fix it definitively, and for this, it's ok. I had several other problems with this open_basedir who are now fixed.
My last issue is with this profil form.
Hope my explanation in this poor english are clear for you (:

so what did you do to the open_basedir settings? we dont typically require anything special and have no other users with such an issue...
the profile form is included with:
include_once ($thisForm);
so nothing fancy...
if up to small code change, we can at least dump the form and make sure the path is correct...
