No, quick glance and I think it's the single quote in Options d'Abonnement,

Not sure what you did, but potentially not easy to change. You cannot just edit the string in the db. It's in a serialized array so you have to change some array indices too. And it would explain why no tab is loading.
But in airport getting ready to get on plane so can't really look now and may be hard on phone later too. Worst case, Andy can help fix the array indices tomorrow morning to see if that is the issue.
What does that string mean? That is, which tab or menu is that? Is it from translation file?

You could edit the data to correct this but it is a bit scary
If you located this part of that long string:
{s:4:"name";s:21:"Options d'Abonnement";
and changed it to
{s:4:"name";s:19:"Options dAbonnement";
then it should work. The key is that number just before the text string. It has to equal the length of the text that follow in the double quotes.
But that would just be a temporary fix of course. We will investigate a fix for this and try and get something into the next update.
