any chance you can make that account a wp admin with all sp admin capabilities? I want to try a few things... getting a jquery not defined error loading the profile pages... think its the enqueue need I alluded too... should be able to edit the theme and add it as wp admin... worth a shot...
did you try disabling mod_security?

The forum page uses a separate header.php (header-two.php).
Let me know how you go.
I didn't try disabling mod_security because everyone seems to be saying that my host doesn't enable it by default.

Thanks mate.
I did remove wp-admin access as I've just paid a third-party to investigate the problem. It seems it may be a problem with the code in my own Wordpress theme conflicting with JQuery. Hopefully they'll have a solution to the problem today sometime.
If I have any more questions I'll get back to you shortly.

In case anyone else has this problem, my tech guy had to do this as a work-around which has now fixed my problem:
Modified sp-profile-view-function.php line 98 +99:
//add_action('wp_footer', 'sp_ProfileEditFooter');

wow... wouldnt have been easier to correct the wp theme to follow wp standards and have a proper footer action?
