Profile Form Could not be found

Hello there. I'm pretty new to the use of Single Press, started directly with the last version of it.

Almost everything is going perfectly but.. not with the User's profiles. :(

Every time I try to modify my own profile as an Admin, or even with a "Dummy" user, I've got this message :

Profile form could not be found: []
You might try the forum - toolbox - housekeeping admin form and reset the profile tabs and menus and see if that helps

But using the reset of profiles tabs and menus didn't help. Worst, I've lost most of the tabs in the profiles tabs and menus.

Now it's left to :

- Subscriptions

-> Topics Subscriptions

-> Subscription Options

- Profiles

And even if the Profiles tab is there, still got the "Profile form could not be found" message.

Is there some pathing problem ? any idea ? Forum should be up and running for September but I'm stuck... >_<'

Thanks.

no caching plugins, right?

a link to your site would be useful...

check the integrity of your install...  in wp-content/plugins/simple-press/forum/profile/forms do you see a bunch of forms that make up the profile?

next step would be to look in your db...  in the sfmeta table... find the row for meta type of profile and meta key of tabs.. what is the content? do the paths to the profile forms look correct??

perhaps something is interfering with the ajax requests... does your server run mod_security?

I've check the install and everything seem ok for me. Alls the forms are in the right place but looks like the site can't reach them or what ?

The site btw : http://nekotsuki-studio.com/Blog/forum/

Tomorrow I'll check the db and look for the server mod_security ( I'm not quite used to those thing, but I'll do my best to gather more information about that... ^_^' ).

well, you are definitely caching things... and with multiple plugins...  super cache looks dynamic but not db cache...

<!-- super cache -->
