always hated those IP checks since too many ISPs rotate users on available IPs...
but will send you one in pm... I am pretty sure this is related to all the missing js in the footer...
sorry, dont understand your language thing... you should have only changed it on forum - components - editors... and it should only affect tinymce within simple press.... do NOT change it in your wp-config.php file...

Once SP updated to 5.0.1 and mo files in place, the forum was in english.
i had to go to forum – components – editors ; set it to fr_FR ; rename all sp mo files to *-fr_FR.mo
then forum became french.
in other word, i had to make all of this matching with my wp-config file.
regarding ip, i have a static IP so it gives me a good way to protect some sections of my website
okay, its fixed...
the problem was you had this in your footer:
<p><?php sf_pm_tag();?></p>
it was right before the wp_footer() call, but that is not a valid template tag in 5.0 so it was causing a php error and aborting everything...
if you really want that tag down there, the 5.0 equivalent is:
sp_pm_inbox();

It would have been a 4.x template tag... glad we got it resolved for you!

ok i confirm that profile page is fixed, also i can see now the admin menu to rename; move ; accept posts.
But it seems that tinymce is not loaded anymore. When i edit a post, buttons are not shown, and to make a test, i changed tinymce height settings from 350 to 500 but i saw no change.
To Remind i've installed all editors, but activated only tinymce, and in sp admin, i've set tinymce as default editor.
Do you think that this problem can be due of language settings that you talked about?
More Over, in front interface, the post editor has wrong weight, it is not large enough to fill the page, to i have to drag bottom right of this containner with mouse to make it large enough.
you may have set tinymce as the default editor, but that wont affect existing users... they have their own option in their sp profile (options - posting options)... so you may need to go to your profile and select tinymce as the default...

i've check my account was allready setted to tinymce as editor.
when editing a post, i see no button at all at the top of the edition container.
btw : i have just updated SP to the last version few minutes ago.
i also see that some errors still logged very often

well, let me take another look... now that you are actually loading js in the footer, perhaps another conflict...

okay, fixed it... you had put fr_FR back in the tinymce language field and it was causing tinymce to fail because it could not load that language file...
It wont affect the rest of your site... its only for tinymce...
