Hi, I moved my site and forum to another server.  Now I'm getting the following error when I click the "Profile" button.

Profile form could not be found [/problem-with-post-edit-buttonome/content/01/8119201/problem-with-post-edit-buttontml/wp-content/plugins/simple-press/forum/profile/forms/sp-form-overview.php]

Obviously that is not the correct path anymore, so I found the field it was being pulled from in the database (in wp_sfmeta table) and replaced that path with my new server path.  Now I don't get an error, but I don't get the profile edit screen loading at all.  Please help as soon as you can.

go to forum - toolbox - housekeeping and reset the profile tabs and forms...  they will pick up the new server info...

Thanks, it worked - I really should have paid for a support membership before spending the day trying to fix that, lol.

I have a database issue. I recently added CloudFlare to my site and my host required me to add the "www." prefix to my domain. All great but when I did so, I lost all access to my sites wp-admin. I have my users direct to the home page before I added the "www.". For example, instead of "domain.com", it's now "www.domain.com". I had the SP redirect set to "domain.com" before the change so because of that and the fact that I had to recently add the "www." prefix to the domain, I am completely locked out of my wp-admin.

In an attempt to remedy the situation, I deactivated my plugins via phpMyAdmin and it still didn't work. Is there any way I can change the SP page redirect URL from phpMyAdmin? I've notified my host about my issue and they are taking days to respond. Meanwhile, none of my users are able to do anything on my site b/c nobody can log in. This is, to say the very least, extremely frustrating.

I look forward to hearing from you. I would be happy to provide all login credentials if needed. Thank you in advance.

I am not sure what the SP issue is here if this is site wide?

Did you change the URL's on the WP Settings > General panel before you switched?

Yellow,

My host added the "www." prefix where needed in my DB. Things are working again. 🙂
