Profile Options missing on a Mac

Hi there,

One of my users tried to add an avatar to their user but could not view the options on their Mac. When they tried on a PC they could see them.

Any ideas?

As a Mac user then I can assert there are no known problems.
However what browser were they using and how old is it? If Safari then there was a time when the script engine as quite buggy. This is going back a few years now but we know some people don't upgrade that regularly.
