You have a bad JavaScript conflict - I think from another plugin - which needs to be fixed. This codex article explains what this means and what to look for:

The main jQuery library is being force-loaded from the google CDN. Not only that but it is NOT being loaded with the WP API which means there are two copies being loaded. And to cap it all it is an old Version 1.3 copy and the latest that WP and SP uses is 1.7.x!
