Hi. When members click on the profile tab they get this message:
Profile form could not be found: [Account Settings]
You might try the forum - toolbox - housekeeping admin form and reset the profile tabs and menus and see if that helps
When I login as admin I can see everything correctly. I cannot follow the advice because I don't understand what it means and what I'm supposed to do. Any help would be welcome.

not sure how to be more explicit... in your sp admin, go to forum - toolbox housekeeping and click on the reset profile tabs and menus button and see if it helps...

Yup, did the trick. Was confused by the fact that this message appeared for all members, not just admins! Thank you for spelling it out
