Reboot works slightly differently. All the mobile rules are within 'reboot-mobile.php' and the bulk of them are defined under the very first @media screen rule:

@media screen and (max-width: 2000px) {

You would just need to add the first example Mr Papa posted (the one without the @media screen)to both 'reboot.php' and 'reboot-mobile.php'.
