Hi simple-press community
i'm trying to understand how ranking and reputation work. But i've some issues:
1) About ranking system, all users of the "members group" have the rank by post assigned automatically as should be. Instead the other groups ( administrators, moderators and custom ) are not "calculated" ( see the attachment )
2) about reputation instead, i've read the documentation here https://simple-press.com/docum.....on-system/
and it says that i should be able to see the reputation value on user profile or in topic directly. But i can't. The plugin is activated and configured.
P.S. I'm loving this awesome project day-by-day and your great support 🙂 thanks for your work!

Sorry, not sure what you mean by 'not calculated', could you elaborate?
Unfortunately the Reputation plugin was pushed out ahead of time due to demand, still to be released are the updated versions of all themes which include the template functions to display reputation properly throughout them..
For example, currently the profile template doesn't include any reference to the reputation plugin, but after the update is out it will include sp_UsterReputationLevel() which will display the users reputation level.
You can add each template function yourself if you wish to do so, if you scroll down on the reputation codex page to
Template Tags Used in the Plugin
you have a list of all template tags, and clicking on them will give you examples and where they are used so you can add them yourself. If not, I'm pretty sure we're expecting to release updates sometime over the next week.

1 - can you explain further? not following based on text and image... but first, admins cannot receive normal ranks...
2 - until theme updates released next week, you will need to manually update reputation template tags to display

About ranks instead, i would be able to allow also admin and moderators to be ranked by messages instead. ( for game/achievement reason ) Is it not possible?

No, afraid its not really possible for admins and mods to get forum ranks because of the purpose forum ranks were intended for...
for you particular need, I would suggest the use of the mycred, achievements or cubepoints plugins...

Maybe you should consider to add it as an option, should be just a condition "skip".
However am i able to show mycred rank/badges on left column of SimplePress topics?
