Sorry, that title should read "NO ACCESS but NOT invisible please?" Is there a way to make forum sections NO ACCESS for guests and yet they can still see the titles of the FORUM section under the group title from the main forum view? It seems if I make the section "no access" for guests it is invisible from the main forum view. I would like them to be able to see the names of the forum sections to entice them to join.

If you go back to the permissions and reads through the 'viewing' section you will see options to allow people to see a list of forums only - or - a list of forums and list of topics only. This sounds like what you want.
Further - if you then go to Components > Custom Messages - over on the right hand side of that panel you can create special messages that will be shown to people who have those restrictions set. We call it 'sneak peek'. A good way of trying to encourage users to register and become fully fledged members.

Another question, if I use this option how does it affect Google SEO for the forum as I've noticed it was doing really well with the Google SEO so far?
