Well, Uninstall the plugin and created the table in the database. or install the plugin and created the table in the database???

you should be able to manually create the table in the db using phpmyadmin or whatever tool your host gives you for accessing the db...

Yes, I understand that. But I ask, first I installed the plugin and then do the table, or make the table first and then install the plugin

I thought you already had the plugin activated? dont uninstall as that will remove your data...
you should be able to just go create the table in the db and it should start working without that error.

But in the sp-pm-instal.php is SPPMADVERSARIES. Which is correct, I do not understand.
