I just started using SimplePress and before we go live with it I want to make sure that I have a good backup system in place.  Can you recommend a backup plugin/workflow/etc. that is easy to restore from should things ever go awry?  I am pretty comfortable with WP but I am not a programmer, etc. so something that is user friendly would be really helpful.

Thanks!

Hey Jenn,

I'm not sure about backing up the forum specifically, but have you looked at backups through your hosting panel? Say using cPanel you have 'Backup Wizard' that you can use to backup your whole site or parts of it. You can schedule backups but I think it's a bit more complicated..

That's about the extent of my knowledge so maybe someone else has further suggestions!
