Hi, as the adminstrator of my Forum, I get an email every time anybody posts anything in the Forum. However, I have 5 moderators helping out, and we've divided up the Forum to monitor different groups. Is there any way I can change my settings so that I only receive emails from the groups/topics I subscribe to? (I have the Subscriptions plugin installed).

its an option you have set... forum - admins - your admin options...

The option for admin notifications is all or nothing I am afraid. If your moderators (as opposed to actual admins) do not have access to ALL forums then their emails will be restricted to those forums they can view.
This really goes hand in hand with the SP Admin Bar plugin which eases the whole task of checking on new posts.
Now - as it happens - while it seems wrong, an Admin CAN subscribe (using the SP Subscriptions plugin) and they can subscribe to a forum. SO maybe a workable solution would be for you and your fellow admins/moderators to turn off the notification emails from the admin and use subscriptions instead. And you can subscribe to individual forums in your SP profile panel.
