I finally realized the reason no one was registering at my website is because of a bug on the registration screen - where you want the user to move the correct icon circle to a larger circle - it's broken and no one can register.
To make matters worse I'm using the plug-in Pie Register which I really need and your icon circle thing doesn't even show up yet the error message "you must drag the proper image to the circle as verification" shows up.
The Pie Register generates this error message when your plugin is active:
You have another plugin installed that is conflicting with Pie Register. This other plugin is overriding the user notification emails. Please see Pie Register Conflicts for more information.
I did deactivate the math question and the Captcha in your plug-in and everything is fine now - I like the circle moving icon Captcha of yours and will see if I can get it to display.
I was just coming over to answer only to find you already have!
And this was the sort of conflict I thought likely. I have not heard of 'Pie' before. Is it good? We are always on the lookout for good plugins to recommend and get asked about registration plugins a lot.

Pie is OK, They have a neat feature called "Invitation Code" that I like; beyond that you do just as good a job.
This Invitation Code lets me set up an infinite number of Invitation Codes that I can send out and it keeps track of how many have been used - on my WP Dashboard. So I can have:
Ad-Spring Sign up and have 50 of those
Freebie Sign up and have 10 of those
So the person can't sign up without an Invitation Code and when the limit has been reached the code no longer works unless you increase the total.
So on my WP Dashboard it will say:
Ad-Spring Sign up 14 signups
Freebie Sign up 10 signups
They really need to show 14 of 50 sign ups and 10 of 10 sign ups.
It's a marketing concept of where the folks are coming from to sign up.
