On new registration into the forum a mathematical question shows up after user name and e-mail has been entered, however it just continues to change to a new math problem one after another even thou the correct answer has been entered.

any suggestion?

sounds like a js conflict...  you can turn off the math question in the permissions...  if you want a spam method, I would recommend the sp captcha plugin as its more effective... if you really want the math question, we need a link to your site to look for js issues...
