Hi,

So how do I remove the forum about box with the stats? I found the WIki entry but it doesn't correspond to th e current version of SImple:press.

Here is a couple of forum posts that should help on statistics.

Removing the forum statistics block on the bottom of the forum

Remove the Forum Stats at the bottom

The 'About box' or Acknowlegments is the line in the spFoot.php file in the Simple:Press theme's /templates folder.

sp_Acknowledgements('', '', __sp('About Simple:Press'), __sp('Visit Simple:Press'));

You could delete it or comment it out if you don't want to show it. If you are making changes to the Simple:Press theme it is recommended you create a custom one and not edit the supplied one.

Excellent. Don't know why I didn't find those entries on my own. ? Got it done and have kept copy of original for when the forum stats actually look like something. : ) Left in the acknowledgement - figure at the least you should get the credit for the work.
