Do you now want the button to be seen or not want regular users to be able to see the members list?
If you don't want them to be able to access the list then you can turn off the "Can view the members lists" in their permissions setting and they won't see the button to do so either.
It would still appear for you as admin or any other group you have it turned on for in their permissions.
