Remove Notice links appear when I log in as Administrator

When I log in to the Forum as the Administrator, I see a notification for every topic that has been created, and then a link next to it that says "Remove Notice". How do I get rid of these so they don't show up in the first place?

Check your admin options for the forum > Admins - Your Admin Options.

You can turn off receive notices. See if that takes care of it.
