The page here says that renewals by existing members are eligible for discount:

I can't find any code of existing membership to put in the 'Discount Code'
Please help for Platinum renewal

As I understand it (and it is a bit of a complex mesh of various WP plugins!) - the discount is available as soon as your current membership expires which, I believe, is on the 13th February. I also believe the discount is offered for a period of one month after expiry. So in a few days time.... we would appreciate welcoming you back 🙂

actually, you can sign up again with the discount now.... our old membership plugin required you to have expired, but not the current one...
please see the screenshot below... this is from your account when you try to renew.. please note the circled area.. those are you renewal discounts... if platinum, you would use "Platinum Renewal"...

I ended up renewing with a Platinum membership but never got any discount. Please don't display discount options if there is no way to claim them.
Also I still keep receiving mails to 'renew my god membership'. Will appreciate if you can fix that bug and stop sending me renewal mails now.

renewal discounts are available and folks are using them... and just tested... you have to be logged in.. you have to use the discount for your current level, not the level you are going to... and its case sensitive... and dont forget to hit the apply discount button...
will check with the vendor of the membership plugin and see if there is an issue with their notifications if user purchases a different level...
