Repeating forum & CAPTCHA not working

I don't remember changing anything recently, but my forum repeats itself multiple times on the webpage. Any idea how I might have caused this and what I can do to fix it?

I think the actual page itself is down at the bottom, so the stuff above that must be a header, but if that's the case I don't understand why that doesn't show up on every page. Here's the link to our site so you understand what's happening: http://teampwnage.com/forum-3

While I'm at it, the CAPTCHA math on our forums isn't working. You can type in your answer, but the Submit Topic button is just greyed out. None of my members can post on the forums because of this unless I give them full access, which I'm not keen on doing.

Thanks in advance for your help!!

can you check on forum - integration - page and permalink and play with the display multiple and display in loop options? try combinations of them...

I dont see a captcha... do you mean the math?

also, I was served a cached page according to the footer... can you please ensure that the caching plugin is ignoring the forum page?

That fixed it! Thanks so much!!

Sorry, I thought the math was called captcha...but, yes, the math doesn't work. You can't click Submit Topic after entering the correct answer. Come to think of it, I can't even click Cancel either.

And I think I fixed the caching problem, but I'm not sure. Can you tell if it's being ignored now?

The post math on my forum quit working. Nothing has changed. Any ideas what's going on? Also, is there a way to disable the math function? Thanks

so what has changed?  things dont suddenly start working differently...  computer processing is deterministic...

the math function is a permission... so edit the permissions on forum - permissions - manage permissions and check the 'Can bypass the post spam control' permission for the folks you want to disable the math question...

If you want some sort of human verification, I would recommend the SP Captcha plugin...

Hi Mr Papa,

Nothing has changed. I recently deleted any plugins and files I wasn't using (themes, deactivated plugins) in WP admin. I allowed members to 'Bypass the Post Spam Control' and have added the SP Captcha plugin. The math is now disabled but members are still required to do the Captcha drag. Thankfully, this has solved the problem. However, I am still not sure why the math issue started and if I bring it back, whether or not it will still persist. My site is very lean in terms of files. I only use what is absolutely needed for my site to run. My W3TC is NOT caching my forum.

Any thoughts? Thanks again; your services are always top-notch.

you used to run a minify plugin too or within w3tc... could be causing the js issue...

but the drag and drop captcha works well...

I disabled W3TC's minify during our last interaction. The site has been running very smoothly ever since. The math bug is a new one but with your advice I was able to work around it. Still not sure if that issue will persist if I reactive it though, which mildly concerns me.
