Resetting for fresh start

I made many "Test" post and have viewed many post many times.  Was wondering if I could reset each post view times to 1 and my post count to what is actually on the forum and belongs to me?

 

My idea was to delete all post and create them again with cut&paste then go in DB change my post count.

its all in the db... would have to do manually...

your post count is in sfmembers, posts column for your user...

topic view count is sftopics, topic_opened column...
