Im wurking with websites for over a jear nouw and never got RSS ore Feed. I read it a lot and evry time i read i think go investigate but still never did. 

If i understand the movie corectly rss is used to share forum content by lets say email.

Not email no.
RSS feeds are read - most commonly - using RSS reader applications although most browsers will support an RSS feed, My email client application will also allow me to view RSS feeds.
