the first one is an error and will kill css...  you have to put the

direction: rtl;

inside of a style markup...  ie

.someclass {
 direction:rtl;
}

and then you have to see how the rest of the css affects it too... and the one you did put it inside, is the default reset css... most of the css styling that follows will re define the one you put it in...
