well, those two last messages from your host are not necessarily tied to the forum...  not enough info there... and assuming you are running 5.5.11 and our latest plugins, they were all update for the widget constructor message with wp 4.3...

earlier, I asked about another forum app and whether you were running one?  they might be colliding on urls... look at those two urls you gave...  one has forum and one has forums...  the latter is most definitely not simple press (http://www.creativecardio.com/forums/)...  as I said its possible there are wp rewrite rule clashes or query arg clashes...  note the other forum plugin/app is using forums/forum in its url which could confuse wp and your usage of forum for simple press...   is it possible to temp deactivate that forum plugin or app and try again?

there is nothing really that would have glitched and affected searching that I can think of...  it does not rely on anything in the database or within files...  its just a simple url with query args that get processed...  perhaps, you could just visit forum - integration - page and permalink and try updating the forum permalink...

if there is a conflict because of common named pages between the two forums, you could try a complete slug change for simple press... edit your wp page the forum is on (in your case its forum) and completely change the slug to something else... like community... update the permalink and try again... that should get the two slugs and rewrite rules away from each other...
