I downloaded post by email. How do I choose between "rss feed" and "send a mail" to a member of af forum? Where do I find the set-up og the plug-in

I think you are misunderstanding the purpose of the plugin... it does not send an email to anyone... it allows users to send an email to your site and have the contents of the email posted in your forum...
sorry, I am not understanding how RSS enters into the question? can you explain further?

I need people to choose rss or email notification when the click notification in a forum /topic is that possible. I´m sorry my english is not good - i hope i will somehow get the information
i think that i saw that it is possible to choose from rss and outlook at the early start without the "post by email.

so you want folks to get notified when there is new posts in a forum or topic? if so, then two choices really...
one is RSS feeds as you mention... there is nothing to do to get RSS feeds, they are readily available to all users for any group/forum/topic that they have permission to view...
the second is subscriptions... users can choose to subscribe to a forum and/or topic and receive an email when there is a new post in that forum/topic... to utilize this functionality, you will need to grab a copy of our subscriptions plugin...
