OK, I did that and now I have the title from the forum settings but my topics still show that too...not the topic itself.

so what are you genesis seo settings?
and maybe a screenshot of the wp page for the seo settings?
I know this works 
looking at 3 diff test sites with genesis right now...
still really confused by the browser title that is showing... its not from wp, its not from sp... so you still have a custom genesis setting somewhere... where else would 'for information and advice' come from???

Hmmm. Well my topics are now showing the right page title and I have no idea why! But that's a good thing. I can't figure out where the "for information and advice" is coming from. I don't see it anywhere.
I think I'm calling it quits for tonight. I'm traveling most of the day tomorrow...with a layover in Arizona so I'll wave to you from there 
I might not be back online for a couple days. But I WILL get this figured out! I'll get a screenshot for you then.
