Yes, i have selected:

Select meta description option:

Use custom meta description on main forum page only, use forum description on forum pages and use first post excerpt (120 chars) on topic pages

the meta description is wrong, empty or non existent?

I use yoast seo on a site plus couple test sites so know it has been working...  but he constantly changes things so perhaps he has done it again and broken other plugins...

will visit my test sites and have a look...

yes, its working fine with yoast seo on my tests...

and looking at your site, I also see our meta description tags being output fine...  but I also see yoast outputting a fixed meta description on forum pages...  I suspect this means on the wp page you have the forum displaying on, you have entered a custom meta description... hence why you get two...

so edit the wp page the forum is on (foro-padel) and check the yoast seo section of the panel...  did you enter a fixed, custom meta description?

No..  I said look at the wp page the forum is on...  in the wp admin, the wp pages, edit the one the forum is on...  looks like you have set up a custom description there for yoast to use which will duplicate/override ours...

It's shocking I know but I am afraid I have no experience with Yoast's SEO plugin - for that we really do need @mr-papa to step in who will not be so available on the forums over the next 2-3 days. But I know he is hoping to take a pass tonight so hopefiully he will be able to do so and suggest what you may need to look for next.
