I received this following error after I 1) updated wordpress to 3.5 then2) updated simple press to 5.2
http://gyazo.com/d95289de97f84.....4154dd6f04 this is a print screen of the error. This occurred when I tried to deactivate it. Currently I cannot even access the forum; I just get a blank page.
Any ideas?

When it comes down to '500 Internal Server Errors' you really need to check your server error logs where, if lucky and usually, there will be more information on the cause. They are always unhelpfully vague on the front end. So we don't actually know from that what your server objected to or was doing at the time.
SO what were you trying to deactivate when it threw this error and what happens when you try and reactivate whatever it is now?

I was trying to deactivate simple press in hopes deactivating and reactivating would rejuvenate it. At this point simple press doesn't even appear on the site and I can't activate/deactivate or access any of the modules within simple press. I get the error described above.

oddly, thats a wp error... I would try downloading a new copy of our plugin and reuploading it via http://ftp... perhaps a file was corrupted while wp was updating the simple press plugin...
