The theme has its own registration page.
The email comes from wordpress@. Which URL are you looking for?

the url you said generates a 404...
I meant what was the purpose of the email... if its from wordpress@yourdomain.com, then its likely a wp email and not from the forum... did you customize forum - options - email settings at all?

Got it!
Had to do with the registration page within the theme. I took the redirect out of it so I am guessing it is going through the pathway it should now.
