Shopping cart for themes is broken

Hey guys,

I just renewed my Gold subscription and two bad things happened:

1)  It says I get 2 Free or Premium themes.  Adding two themes to my basket shows "Gold Discount: -20.00" and is charging me for the second theme. 

2)  I didn't get any discount for renewing my expired membership of $10 as it said.

No, the cart is not broken... As it says on the checkout page, you must get your free themes (or plugins)  one at a time... Unfortunately, the software does not support multiple 'free' items at one time... A it if pain, but you must get the free ones one at a time as detailed on the check out page...

As to discount, did enter and get validation of the renewal discount code listed on the membership page?  We have multiple confirmations of that process working so would like to know if you entered the code and it did  not work...

I'll try the individual theme checkouts then.

I received no discount code that I was aware of.  The membership expired in July, so if there was an expiration, my bad I guess.

I think you are misunderstanding... On the memberships sign up page, it lists the renewal discount codes and you enter it at checkout... Then the discount gets applied..   So if you were gold (expired or not), you would just enter the discount code at checkout to get the $10 off...

I am airport getting ready to board a plane so cannot check now but tomorrow can look and verify your past membership and refund the $10 if you qualify...
