If I set it to 0 for unlimited width and height for inserting a banner or define the dimensions, the area seems to not readjust. If you go here http://totalrevue.com/forum/ps.....n-survive/ you'll see it cut off. How can I fix this? the required 0 value in the signature area just isn't working and the banner code doesn't have a height value

It's a problem with how HTML works that we ahve to define a height for the signature display in posts so you will need to adjust that to how you need it.
Go the forum admin > theme > theme editor and select the spTopicView template and find the template fucntion:
sp_PostIndexUserSignature()
At the end of thw argument list is a 'maxHeightBottom' parameter probably set to 55. You will need to adjust this up/down to suit your needs. This is referring to pixels by the way. As I say - sadly HTML will not allow us to locate the signature div at the bottom of a post without setting a height.
However... As always we recommend that you create your own SP theme so that any customisation is not lost during a future update. (http://codex.simple-press.com/.....g-a-theme/)
